SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free First Class shipping on all orders within Mainland UK. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.  If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please get in touch with us at info@lifetrackplanners.co.uk
If you wish to send your order to an address other than your billing address, please ensure you have filled in the correct delivery details before you confirm your payment.
For anyone wanting to order outside of Mainland UK, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt.  You can use the 'Contact Us' form or email us at info@lifetrackplanners.co.uk
If an item arrives damaged we will send you a replacement once you have contacted us on the email address shown within the 14 day time frame.  We will ask you to send us proof of the damage before a replacement is dispatched. 
If you have simply changed your mind, you can send the order back to us.  To do so, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will send you a postal label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned. 
If you have received the item as part of a set, you must return the entire contents of the set in order to receive your refund.
Please note, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received in order to receive your refund.
